FRIENDSHIP SKILLS MINI SERIES
A 6-week social skills class offered for students in 5th-12th grade who are interested in learning new ways of developing friendships. Students are taught targeted social skills through instruction, role-play demonstrations, and have the opportunity to practice newly learned skills with other peers in the class. This mini series presents information from select lessons in the PEERS® for Adolescents social skills program. Parent training is not provided for mini series classes but parents/caregivers are invited to attend the last ten minutes of each class to hear a summary of the information presented.
This mini series may be appropriate for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, social pragmatic communication disorder, anxiety, or other social difficulties.

Summer Class Dates: 6/17, 6/24, 7/1, 7/8, 7/15, 7/22
Tween Class Times: Students in grades 5-8 meet in-person from 9:00-10:30 a.m.

Teen Class Times: Students in grades 9-12 meet in-person from 12:30-2:00 p.m.
